Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operational support.
  • Carrying out IT work practice, policy, procedures & routine in achieving IT functions &
    objective.
  • Design & generate report based on user requirements.
  • Assist & involve in application implementation.
  • Maintaining & providing support for internal users systems.
  • Work as part of the team to meet project targets & quality objectives.
  • Ensure documentation, procedures & guidelines are up to date.
  • To work within tight schedule & meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as & when is required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful & able to work independently with minimum
    supervision.
  • SQL knowledge is a must.
  • Experience or knowledge in web/application system support.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Sunway.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
