Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational support.
- Carrying out IT work practice, policy, procedures & routine in achieving IT functions &
objective. - Design & generate report based on user requirements.
- Assist & involve in application implementation.
- Maintaining & providing support for internal users systems.
- Work as part of the team to meet project targets & quality objectives.
- Ensure documentation, procedures & guidelines are up to date.
- To work within tight schedule & meeting deadlines.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as & when is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful & able to work independently with minimum
supervision. - SQL knowledge is a must.
- Experience or knowledge in web/application system support.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Bandar Sunway.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

- Candidates with hospitality services and customer care experience of at least 3 years are encouraged to apply

- Compliant with SOPs and good conversion practices
