Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end consumer experience & services for tobacco alternatives products
- Supervise and manage day to day store operations
- Product education & demonstration
- Support user conversion
- Registration
- Warranty management
- Device cleaning services
- Consumer sentiment
- Inventory & cash management
- Merchandising look & feel
Requirements:
- Open to Malaysians only
- Speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (preference given candidates who can converse in Hokkien, Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialects)
- Candidates with hospitality services and customer care experience of at least 3 years are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable in working and representing products for the tobacco alternatives industry
- Compliant with SOPs and good conversion practices
- Has a friendly and energetic personality with good conversational skills
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment- provides constant feedback on experience and improvement areas to Management
Monthly salary:
Between RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00
