Purpose
- Serve as a network/firewall subject matter expert for the infrastructure Solution's team; diagnose advanced problems and solve issues in a timely manner
- To build infrastructure solutions for customers and integrate them into existing technology
- Hands- on technical approach to this position and bring a comprehensive understanding of the components that comprise an end-to-end solution and how to implement the various pieces
- To drive a continuous improvement culture with respect to product delivery and embrace all lessons learnt from delivery projects to drive shorter time to market, improve efficiency and ensure quality improvements for future delivery projects
Responsibilities
- Participate in the requirements analysis, process definition, solution architect & design and development, reviews (internal & external) and presentation
- Identify and communicate any potential solution options to current security setup
- Build and manage the local lab, test new solutions and support customers during tests as well as work with customers in trouble shooting, tests, trials and daily operations
- Responsible for establishing(design/requirements), evolving and maintaining testing tools and enviroments
- Provide day to day an On-call technical support for the Firewall Engineering and Operations team; Including assisting peers with issues and escalation
- Work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technology, support existing, and at times do so after normal business hours
- Build and configure solutions in the development, test and production environment; including documenting the security infrastructure and design
- Facilitate device refresh of network/security devices with a focus on capacity, manageability, and security of new and existing infrastructure

- Candidates with hospitality services and customer care experience of at least 3 years are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable in working and representing products for the tobacco alternatives industry
- Compliant with SOPs and good conversion practices
