System Analyst
Location: Bandar Enstek, Malaysia
Salary: RM 5,000 or below

2 Position Needed
Job Purpose:
- To provide systems supports and administration for Distributor Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) and SAP (Order to Cash). This role also requires to participate in the proper planning, design, development and implementation of business application systems.
- Manage production activities of the business systems to ensure that they are performed efficiently and reliably
- Attend to systems related issues reported by users
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to users whenever issues are reported
- Prepare guidelines and training materials for users trainings
- Conduct various training as required on supported systems and applications
- Assist in coordination and implementation of IT projects, new systems and development
- Assist in integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ experience in systems development / implementation and in providing user support on business applications is preferred
- On job training will be provided to successful candidate
- Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all personnel including from other department
- High level of self-motivation
- Ability to manage varying work demand
- Proficient in SQL, experience in ASP.NET and PHP is advantage
Monthly salary:
Between RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00

- Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate with hospitality or equivalent background is encouraged to apply
Monthly salary: Between RM4,000.00 to RM5,000.00
