Responsibilities
*Support Finance, Sales & Marketing Admin Departments.
- Prepare the payment by arrange according to the
alphabet and with the reference Number.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring by updating the
actual monthly P&L data and cash flow.
- Issue Debit Note/ Tax Invoices/ Credit Note/
Delivery order/ Quotation / Purchase order.
- Assist in fixed asset tagging and listing.
- Proper filling for documentation for accounting
document, Supply chain Management and Admin.
- Updated the scrapping note file.
- Updated the medical claim and monitor the limit
for every staff.
- Attend walk in customer / vendor and arrange for
receiving.
- Preparing the training records, updated the
training records summary and scanned the data to Regional QA/ PV.
- Assist in monthly GST submission by scanning the
document to outsource.
- Data entry of Marketing Project Record (eg:
GAIN, Survey etc).
- Arrange & packing of goodies bag for
marketing activities and courier to out-station staff.
- Additional role as and when required and not
limitation to the above.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate,
Professional Certificate, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree in Business
Studies/ Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent.
- Good command of both verbal & written in
English.
- Good understanding and skill in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to commit for 6 months and willing to be
based in Puchong.
Monthly salary:
Between RM2,500.00 to RM3,500.00

- Ability to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate with hospitality or equivalent background is encouraged to apply
