Senior Associate – Training

Duration: 4 months (extension / conversion based on headcounts and performance)

Industry: Shared Service (MNC)

Location: Menara Axis – PJ (opp Asia Jaya LRT)

Salary: RM2800 – RM3300

Benefits: Epf, Socso, medical claims, annual leaves, medical leaves, PA insurance.

Working time and days: Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day training support and advise employees on the status of their training related matters.
  
• Work closely with training vendors to carry out the necessary training as required by the business.
  
• Seek to understand the various training grants and funding provided by the local governments.
  
• Negotiate and book training facilities eg: coordinate on refreshments, hotel venues etc.
  
• Liaise with line trainers on specific line training programs.
  
• Partner with regional learning and development to achieve effective training portfolio.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely training records for the countries.
  
• Consolidate training evaluation and analyse the results.
  
• Generate training reports as required by the Business HR.
  
• Send out training nominations and consolidate training requests by ensuring proper sign-offs are obtained.
  
• Maintain an up-to-date training calendar for employees and Business HR.
  
• Provide feedback on training policy and implementation.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience in training and development field.
  
• In depth knowledge on local employment acts & regulations.
  
• Good organisational and time management skills.
  
• Process oriented.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels and with internal and external entities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure.
  
• Able to commit for 4 months and start immediately if shortlisted.
